What did you feel like after you dedicated yourself?

I'm going to sometime this week. I know there is a what to expect page on JoS but I want to hear personal experiences of how you felt and what happened.

IMO you should wait and ask this after you've dedicated yourself. Its really bad to rely on what other people experienced. That's the way how most newbies get disappointed, because they hear "cool things" happening after people dedicate and they have nothing important. It's up to individual, no same thing happens to everyone.

This applies to everything, power meditation, communications with the Gods, training.

A general rule is you shouldn't rely at all to what others have experienced, not to have any expectations. You should always try all new things without expectations. You only experience new things if you expect nothing of them.

thats true, after i dedicated, i didnt feel anything at all. literally nothing.

As has already been said experiences are individual, one shouldn't expect anything to happen right away. Satan touched me on the astral and I felt his incredible energy for two days. Like the most amazing natural high.

The feeling of finally having peace of mind, and solitude (in a good way) It is hard to explain, I have felt overwhelmed by not having any privacy for so long, and he gave me the privacy I was so desperately seeking.
