What did Socrates mean when he said there is a deoman in me?

I suppose you mean "Demon".

Socrates meant that he had a Demonic/Divine willpower inside him that was underlying in many, if not most of his actions. He may also have meant, in combination with the above, that his Guardian Demon was active in his life and helped him with a variety of matters.

Demons and Gods are the same. Daemon means "guide" in ancient Greek.
