Altho its really nice it still can have some corruptions.
Stay away from any "fasting" part, and make sure that when chanting anything like AUM, HAUM, THAUM etc., that you do not chant (vibrate) like if it says you should chant it as OM, HOM, THOM or any other bullshit powerless stuff.
