Weather Phenomenon?

As far as I can remember, after someone or something has upset me, either that day or the day after, it rains. I cry whenever I'm upset, regardless of what it was about. This has gone on ever since I was 10, a bit before my intense indoctrination to xtianity.  It's even stormed badly a few times when I've become angry. I've been wondering this for about a year now, but I've discovered that I could be an empath a few months back, and I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. I've tried looking into it elsewhere, but I can't find anything particular about it. Am I the one doing that, is something else doing that, or is it a really timely convenience? Although my friends don't really acknowledge whenever I would mention it, I just find it odd whenever I'm upset, a rain storm comes across my area. I'm familiar with what hydromancy is, but I have never consciously used it if I ever have. Thanks for input, I'd love tips to what this is actually called and what I could do with this if I'm the one doing it. If it's me, I don't know any other ways to actually manipulate it to do other things aside from crying.

This is possible, Tibetan Monks can control the weather with their minds, I remember watching a documentary on the Tibetan Monks, where a few of them even talked about this... Also, there is stories of the ancient past where shamans and mystics tribal leaders of Japan were able to cause storms and floods that were able to take out opposing armies. I do believe it's possible...
