As we should know, such technology is not new and has been kept 'under the lid' so to say for quite some time.
However, for whatever reason, its beginning to emerge publicly [probably cuz the lid is starting to 'pry off'] though they'll most likely keep many things hidden (such as the success of "failed" experiments and the lives it cost, hence the guy saying it's a first time trial of scientists doing such a thing).
None the less, I still found the following interesting and I'd love to be able to someday watch my dreams/lucid fantasies. So I thought I'd share it with everyone:
