John Baker, my boyfriend has been wrongly convicted of a sexual abuse (inappropriate touching of a minor) crime that he did not commit. they first tried to get him for rape (sodomy) but the dna came back negative,showing that he was innocent (proving that the accusers lied and that john never harmed that girl in any way) and the nurse even said that there was no signs of sexual abuse anywhere, not only that, but he had a court appointed public defender, that did next to nothing to help him.We even had a written confession from the accusers, saying they lied and they were sorry, that they later took back.we still have their confession that unfortunately the court appointed attorney did not write down as evidence. infact half of the evidence that was in johns defense that would have helped prove that he was innocent was also not written down or used to help him. He had witnesses that know he didnt do this crime, but they weren't written down and they weren't called to the stand. Sadly neither was John. so literally they just wanted to hurry up and stick him in jail. he did not have a fair trial and he wasnt allowed to stand up for him self and wasnt allowed to have all the people who love and care about him stand up for him either. they didnt even call the nurse in who would of been able to show and tell them that John didnt do this crime. He is totally innocent of this crime, and all his friends,family,and neighbors even his 6th grade teacher, and people who barley know him, and his boss at his job and his welding teacher from college, know he is innocent. and we all want him out of jail soon as possible. so please we need to get the truth out and get this innocent man out of jail, please like this page and share this story so that we can get justice for John and get him out of jail soon as possible. his sentencing is may the 10th they say he could get 1 to 10 years and this poor innocent man not only would be losing years of his life for a crime he didnt commit he would also have register as a sex offender.please help us share this story so we can prevent that and we can free my innocent man from jail. thank you.
