want to increase height

i want to increase my height. Lived many years in depression just cux of short height,suffered from social phobia then just cuz of it, want to know what time,day and hour i should start working for it? and also if you can tell some ways of increasing height with meditation working then please tell. Want opinions of all of you and ways of doing working for it

I suggest general meditation and yoga to remove this hang up of yours. There is nothing wrong with being short and every gentile should love themselves regardless of features. This is crucial for the soul, mind and body.

I dont think you will ever understand until you becone patient with yourself and accept yourself. You say its impossible and this is your error. I dont feel too bad for yoy because if you are consistently meditating then your self confidence will be fixed and you will see how foolish it is to think that you are Inferior in any way just for being short.

You mean "short" as in height, correct? Because your height isn't a factor anymore than you allow it to be.

Actually guys he does have some options. Energy manifests as soon as the physical conditions are present. If you program your soul using energy, repeatedly that you wish to be tall. If it's unable to manifest itself now it will manifest itself in another life, or upon astral projection or death your subtler bodies may already be the height desired.

The second option is to master biokinesis, but that will most likely take a lifetime in all honesty. Though the goal of Satanism is to become as a God and that means transcending all limitations including those our biology places on us so I say go for it as best as you can. Just realize how difficult it is and make sure you are prepared to do what it takes so you will not be disappointed.

was just going to start working on height,but couldn't figure out any correct way of programming energy,could you please tell me some ways of increasing height by programming energy? also tell me any rune that should be used.
