So I’ve been going through the 40-day meditation program, and I noticed that whenever it mentions the void meditation, it instructs to only do 2 minutes. The thing is, I really enjoy void meditation, and when I practice it, I usually go for at least 30 minutes or more, depending on my mood.
My question is: do I have to stick to the 2-minute guideline in the program, or can I meditate for as long as I want?
