Void Meditation and recommendations fixing supposed ADHD Maybe a Squ

I try to finish with hyperactivity and inatenttion, could anyone give me some powerful advice on how to effectively practice void meditation? The intention is to end the supposed ADHD, the advantage is that i already work in destroy the waste and toxic medicine that i use to eat because of influence of others,
