Hey. So I'm not sure if I can visualize but there are 2 ways of "visualizing" that i have found out through meditations from JoS and personal experience.
1. The first one is when I see the image in detail when i do one of the two meditations:

It's very wierd but when I stare at the image 3-5m and then i close my eyes i can see that picture ( just thouse 5 simple pictures, and i am dependents on thouse pictures because because a hour later i wouldn't be able to see the image again). It is above that blackness/void and it usualy has a red/light colour and theres no way i can see a very detailed picture the same way i see thouse images when i meditate on them. Works only on very simplified pictures.
2. The second way is when I close my eyes and I kind of imagine things but the whole picture is somehow behind that blackness and its very very blured and really out of detail. I can still see that blackness but somehow i see the picture too but not clearly. Also when I close my eyes and enter a relaxed state I usualy see colorful or light things moving around like somekind of waves.
One of thouse ways is how I should focus on visualizing, my gues would be that its the first one, but I still have no ideea how I can get it to a higher level so I can visualize my body or my aura.
The thing is that I am a satanist for some time and now I take seriously my meditations and I need to overcome this visualisation problem to keep rising my power.
