Visualization for strengthening debilitated planets

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.
I've been dedicated since 2016. Never looked back. Been making slow, but great progress ever since.

I want to start a Jupiter square this month to help rectify a retrograde Jupiter in my natal chart. I think I have a good affirmation, but how would I visualize this goal? I'm thinking of just visualizing myself engulfed in blue Jupiter energy for a few minutes after the affirmations, but I don't know if that would work?
