I got this a few days back in my meditation and would like to share it with the group.May not be able to explain it well but just as the sun rises in the east this is the truth i will write exactly what i was shown.I ask the more learned members of the group who already know this/have this knowledge to please elaborate on this post, share their knowledge on this subject
While in deep meditation i saw sunlight pass through a giant prism and fall on the wall next to the prism . What i saw on the wall was not just light but a rainbow (VIBGYOR) the colours of which rules our chakras . Then i heard a vibration /sound passing through the colours, I could feel the colours vibrating after some time i could not feel the colour at all it was as if it was just air.
VIBRATION IS THE LANGUAGE OF THIS(PHYSICAL) WORLD, COLOUR IS THE LANGUAGE OF THE ASTRAL/MENTAL WORLD.Let me explain . Magus' Warlocks, Witches and other people of power in the ancient world would vibrate/hum the prayers/invocation to the gods As i said the world is nothing but made up of vibrations, and to be in harmony with this world to be able to work our magic we have to find the right frequency at which to operate . Lets think of this world as one big radio and we have to find the right channel on the radio, lets take our body as a channel for it to catch a station on this radio(the world)the channel (our body) has to have the proper frequency .When we vibrate our voice goes forth as radio waves and finds the proper frequency on the radio( that is the world)
When in deep meditation our body feels light or we feel our body as nothing more than waves or vibrations. Before we get this light feeling we see some colours in front of us or sometimes we see a powerful white light coming out of our body and then we feel we are nothing more than waves or vibrations.
While doing the chakra spin it starts spinning slowly first our chakras hum then they vibrate then when it hits the speed of light it bursts into intense white light.Those who have done the Mer Ka Ba the last stage where both the pyramids, the disc and the small sphere in the heart chakra bursts into white light and at the same time you feel your body vibrating(this is one of the few meds where your physical body is speaking both to the physical and astral world at the same time. When ever we are meditating we are told to hold the image or visualize the thing we want in detail in the mind(astral/mental)Why do we associate certain colors with certain objects..For example when we are doing any workings for money why do we visualize Green light/energy. Cause in the astral world Green= Money( apart from some other meanings).In other words when we see the colour in our mind the astral world associates it with something (in this case the colour Green with money.)and the colour green vibrates as certain words in the physical world.What we see as color has a meaning in the Astral world. The astral world equates colour as their language. The physical world equates vibration as the key/language. That is why we vibrate the kabbalistic square and visualize accordingly and also the affirmations.
I got this in meditation a few days back and am yet dazed as i have to fully understand this but something was pushing me to share this with you all.

I can get it to where the chakra I'm opening is, I just can't do it loudly--a few nights ago I was opening my throat chakra and my mom was in the living room doing taxes. The next time I walked in the hallway, she was like, "Were you talking?" And I said no and kind of walked away. Which worked. But I was paranoid for a few nights after that which interfered with my meditating. I've kind of gotten over it now, though, and that's reassuring to know that it can be done quietly. Thanks
