Vibrating Thoth

I keep having a hard time trying to figure out ith the OH part should sound like oh or if there is supposed to be like a TH OH combination, if it is the combination then I have no clue how to do that.  Also going from the OH part to back to the TH part I find it difficult because it messes up the constant vibration when I try to switch.

here is what is confusing me:

Now this is important. Keep the TH and OH sounding at the same time. You should be making the TH sound all throughout the exhale.       - How is that supposed to sound like?

It's all a simple matter of rounding your lips and then returning them to their previous state. Like I said, you simply vibrate TH and after a while you round your lips while vibrating TH and then the same like before. That's how TH and OH sound at the same time, it's just TH with your lips rounded.

 I have a question too.
Is it ok just vibrate the "th" sounding like in "the"; plus, the mouth in a circular form like while saying "o" from "dog"; instead of alternate "th-oh-th"?????

holy smokes....  where did you get the video and dang i felt that when she did the sound. O_O THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the recording it was a lot of help. I had forgotten a tiny detail when doing the vibrations, so now I can fix that.
