Vibrating runes help !

I'm opening my chakras right now, and i've succeded with my 3rd eye meditation, i've felt all the symptoms described, but i have trouble with other chakra's, like crown for instance, i'm not sure if i know exactly how to vibrate runes like bjork rune, or b-b-b-b, .. May someone post a video of vibrating runes, just to see how it's done? i can't find on internet any example either, and it's not reliable anyway .. i need this asap. And any advice at crown chakra is welcomed, it seems i can't focus on the cycle 3rd eye\pineal gland\crown chakra good enough to feel energy there and vibration .. any advices?
