Vibrating into chakras?

I was reading one of the Spiritual Cleansing Ritual

 

I was wondering what do you mean by vibrating into chakras? Do you focus on visualizing your chakras and vibrate the words at the same time?

Yes, you would focus on your chakra and do the vibration; when you focus on something, you're directing energy to it and the vibrations multiply that energy. But, you basically nailed it on the head!

Sorry for late response, I getting ready to start the Spiritual Cleansing ritual, but the question I am asking you is off topic.

When you say "when you focus on something, you're directing energy to it and the vibrations multiply that energy" I just want to confirmed that  goes for anything such body organ, a human, inanimate object, etc?

And also does it matter that if you don't feel the vibration on that area of that body organ or chakra. I vibrating the words and I barely feel vibration going pass my chest.

I read here and it say feel it vibrating on your heart chakra( this is an example from the link below)



 But let say I vibrating on the root, how in the world I going to feel the vibration all the way down there.
