vibrating chants for chakras

you can find your answer on the right side of the page where the links are to open your chakras. i believe it say empowering the middle ones first are important because theyll empower the front and back and later you can empower all three sets, or something like that.

You can begin with empowering only the middle set. It is the most important. You can also split empowering them into 3 sessions, one set per session.
