I don't know if it could be inhaling the energy.
I also hear it when I use the energy to lift weight beyond my
strength. When I put the weight back down I hear it flowing out of
my ears.
And I hear it when I direct the energy to move into my fist and break
multiple slabs. (its like Paul Phoenix's Burning Fist in Tekken 3
that takes 90% of opponent's life). I hear the sound flowing out
when I have broken the slabs.
The same sound I hear when I meditate and the energy surges to the
forehead. Here it feels like I am hacking into my self. The whole
life force is directed towards the third eye.
I don't see anything but I hear the sound for 5-6 seconds only. The
energy then moves/coils back down to my lower chakras (penis
hardens). And then rises back up again after a few minutes... the
process will continue repeating unless I urge the energy to stop and
dispel.
