Using your sexual energy.

I'll write this in bullet points:

1. Sexual stimulation generates sexual energy.
2. This energy can be moved around the body.
3. Orgasm happens(as far as I know) when the sexual energy builds up to a critical point within the genital area.
4. If you move the sexual energy away from the genitals, you should notice that you will be further away from orgasm.
5. If you build up your sexual energy a lot and distribute it throughout your body when you do orgasm it can be a lot more powerful.
6. You can put this sexual energy into the chakras and sushumna.
7. Having a sexual partner put her/his energy into you as well = stronger orgasm.
8. Taking yourself really close to orgasm(careful) then pulling back and distributing the energy.
9. I've had orgasms so powerful they were painful.


For the men: I'm not too sure how to describe it but when one "connects" one's heart chakra into the sexual act it can make one multi-orgasmic.(At least it works for me). Meaning no down-time. The 2nd orgasm is harder to get than the 1st. I've never been able to go above 3.

Whenever I do it, I always build myself several times near climax then back off, and bring myself near that point again. When I do climax, I gather the energy into a little ball of light and circulate it through all my chakras. I'll sometimes vibrate kenaz over the ball and circulate it through my kundalini to stimulate it.
