Using the SOL rune to offer energy to Lady Lillith

So, I am currently watching a video on the exposingchristianity channel on yt, and it says one of the ways I can help is to use the SOL rune in raising energy to offer to Lady Lillith. Being as I am a beginner, how exactly would I do that?
