Using Runes Together

On the site it talks about using runes together so one can enhance the effect of another or others. So if I use 2 or 3 runes together during a meditation, are all of them vibrated one after the other and counted as one 'set'? for example, let's say I'm using a satanic rosary and runes A, B, and C. Are all the runes vibrated every bead?

A,B,C A,B,C A,B,C etc.

Or one rune per bead? And which is vibrated first? The empowering rune or the empowered rune. Continuing the example above, if B is the empowering rune then will the order be: BAC?

Sort of, the way you are supposed to do it is like this:
Let's say you are cleaning your aura. So you would use SURYA or SURYAE. You then say SURYA 9x, then state an affirmation "the energies of SURYA are cleaning my aura and chakras". Then you can keep going or stop there.HAIL SATAN!!!

Here is an example: Lets say your trying to curse someone and your using Thurisaz and Hagalaz. 
Vibrate Thurisaz x9.  Then affirm Once with intent 
''*Said person* is totally and completely destroyed at every and all levels of existence''  Vibrate Hagalaz x9  Then affirm Once with intent ''*Said person* is totally and completely destroyed at every and all levels of existence'' '' 
Just and example but you can see how you use the runes together. Vibrate the first rune a certain number of times with the affirmation (in this case 9 being the number of endings) then vibrate the second rune a certain number of times with the affirmation.  
If you want to know how many times to vibrate a rune just look at its number (they are numbered alphabetically in order on the JoS) For example Algiz is the 15th rune (15 being the number of protection and everything Algiz represents)

@Yog So shouldn't Thurisaz be vibrated 3 times because it is the third rune? Or is it 9 in the example because it's used to empower Hagalaz and Hagalaz is 9
