Void Meditation..Clearing out,Turning off Every Thought completely, What is a void its nothingness,Emptiness.Void Meditation?(Meditation to clear up any unneccesaryy thoughts)When i was new I used to think constantly like every second sometimes one thing oever an over,Others times thinking bout something else then something else.I am Sure Many Of you Are Still at that stage.This Meditation IS Very Useful and Important it has many usages.1)Relieving the Stress of the Brain2)Contributes to Better Magick Working3)Better Concentration4) Not Constantly wasting precious psychic energy every second
This was tricky at first..You hold it for 4 seconds then swoosh,Then 10 seconds swoosh and so forth 5 minutes to 10 minutes. I am Now at the Point of Void State 24 hours.Some of you Might be Wondering If your Void 24 hours how you typing and writing? To my Surprise it is possible to talk and type and do whatever without thinking anything in your mind mostly void but you still do it anyways.When One is at Void State Things Become Clearer, Simpler to percieve..You Dont waste your energy like jack of all trades thinking of something to the other constantly.You have Control Over your thoughts.This is Very useful. It Also Gives one a Peace.It Gets Easier to Sort out your thoughts,Focusing On Something..It is a very beneficial meditation.Now There are More than one type of Void meditation.
Here In Mongolia at the Buddhist community..They revealed when they got full of themselves the 12 states of Voidness.They have the Texts..I am Sure some of the void meditation are on JOS others are not but i shall persuade these monks to get the meditations and i shall share it with you guys.Remember Void Meditation is really Rewarding,Useful if you master it
