This is not entirely true, US troops have been sent there by the israeli-american deep-state to steal the huge resources of petrol from Syria, Lybia etc for the Rothschild and Rockefeller petrol corporations. Also the US troops steal opium from Afghanistan and they are probably administrating the opium traffic around the world.
