Everyday after you chant the number of vibrations for the sun, make your affirmations while also knowing and seeing that you are healed. The thing about affirmations are that they are just to help and reinforce the visualization. Sometimes when doing spells and magick I don't use affirmations, I just visualize my desires and use my senses in making my desires reality. This depends on the person. But yes, make your affirmations while visualizing and KNOWING that you are healed. That is the way the mind works.

I plan on doing the Sun square this Sunday as well for a loved one.
Always have faith in your ability because the squares do work. One satanist used it to help him get a permanent job at a temp agency. He was afraid he wouldn't get picked because of the competition. But he did. Never doubt your workings and take your time with the vibration. It helps to have beads or something to help you keep count. And after you finished the vibrations for the day, make your affirmations after. So for day 1, vibrate it one time(for the material) and then make affirmation right after.

The Sun Square is effective for healing alone. Do it this Sunday. If you need help with it post to the groups. The Sun square should be effective alone.
I understand you are anxious and desperate but when doing the Sun square be relaxed and take your time. When you re doing everyday, try not to think about the working or have negative doubts as this can interfere with your working. These squares do work.
