Uninvited Inccubus?

Last night I was trying to astrally project just as I usually do everynight. And please bare with me I know this is kinda explicit. I was doing my breathing and 3rd eye concentration when suddenly my left breast started to tingle. I didn't move and thought it would go away but then it felt like something was sucking on my nipple. Still didn't move and slowly I began to feel the tingling move from my left breast to my right while a cold hard ring of something went around my ankles. Almost like cuffs. It didn't harm me in anyway but I never asked for a Inccubus so what could be going on? Thanks everyone!
