Unemployed and they won´t help me

I am unemployed and now the agency are fucking around so i can´t even pay my small bills. But it´s ok to take taxpayers money and send it to already rich bankers...grrr. I understand the global economic scam and their goals of making us slaves, keeping us stressed etc.

I have problems going into trance, visualizing and feel energy but i practise VERY hard and will never stop.

Is there someone who have any ideas?

if you are able to I suggest doing some excersise even gentle exercise, stretching (yoga) going for a long slow walk in a park or by a river, nature a bush walk, spending time around animals helps me I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my furry feathered friends around. Cats are great if you have a cat or know someone with a cat that likes to sit on laps and pur that can be great for getting into a trance cats know how to help you with that. I also love plants bring some plants inside near your altar or where you meditate or sit out in a garden. Try power meditation on a sunny day outside. At night turn everything off and just focus on a candle and use breathing excersises. Try some essential oils that have a relaxing effect. Rescue remedy is also very good if you are feeling really freaked out.

Laughter.. no kidding we need it badly when we get really stressed and down a good belly laugh is a great remedy. Read a funny book... watch a stand up comic make fun of religion. Try and free your mind of what you are supposed to do, think, feel and be and remember who you are and what makes you happy. What was fun when you were a kid?Did you play make believe games outside? Climb trees build sand castles, make a mess with paint or other stuff? Try some fun messy craft finger paint... I mean it don't feel silly! Noone has to know this is for YOU these are just suggestions to get you going. Whatever free time you have from work banks and shit make it yours and find things that are FUN it will help you.
