Hello.
So i started meditate on my 3rd eye and etc. Very good feelings every day,new things learned and etc. But lately i was start feeling this heat, when i raise my energy or doing RTR, i always start feeling in right side of my back like more heat then everywhere in my body, or even start sweating a little, and i want ask what can mean that? Can it be blocked chakra ? because the heat is only almost in right side sometimes in left but they don't go up more then i guess second chakra or solar plexus. Any advise?
