Two questions

Hello to all fellow satanists.

I have 2 questions, any help or assistance is totally acceptable.

1) When someone is doing Single Serpent Meditation, when the serpent reaches base chakra after its downfall should we continue to visualize it inside the base chakra till the end of the meditation or it is like it is lost from our sight? Also, after the finish of the meditation we just meditate and "feel" only the base chakra? ( sorry if my question is too simple i thought it should be on the advanced section)

2) Also, when we breath an element (air for example ) we continue to breath only air till we think that we are ok and we have mastered it or we do at the same time period and the other elements?

1. I've always just visualized my base chakra glowing white gold after I'm done, though maybe this is a mistake. But the mediations effects have still been very relevant afterwards.

2. You should breath in elements in a controlled breath, per say, four breaths of Air, four breaths of Earth, and so on. Though you should always stop if you feel over stimulated, and if you feel it's too little, you can step it up, of course, very carefully, personally if I were to step it up I'd talk to my guardian Demon first to make sure it's okay.

I already know my name is awfully close to a Jewish name, it freaked me out for a long while. But I've been dedicated for a year now, And I've never heard of any Jewish heritage on either side of my family. And, I've been out of it so far today, so my bad for forgetting to mention that, I was probably just of the assumption (A bad habit I'm trying to kick) that this was already known.

Yes, I do have German blood, and you don't need to apologize, I can see exactly why my name would be suspicious, it's very close to a Jewish name, I my self know I'm not a Jew, and will show anyone whom asks that I am certainly not a parasitic rat.
