I have two questions.
My first one is what should I do if my nasal cavities are damaged due to drug use? I want to do breathing exercises but my nasal cavities don't always work with equal strength which is probably throwing off my energy now?
My second question is how can I use my kundalini energy without raising it or stimulating it's rising?
Can I use kundalini energy to empower my chakras and aura?
