Trying to open my third eye

Can someone give me some tips about opening your third eye and how I should prepare and how to do it . I took a break from everything about this and I before I left so close to satan like he was my brother then I stopped Bc it felt like nothing was working and when I tried it never worked. Not even a ritual I wouldn’t feel a tingle or anything and I was practicing everyday now I’m ready to get back with you guys .

It's important to stick with meditations even when it feels nothing is happening. The energy builds up over time and you will advance if you keep at it.

You could start the 40 days meditation program or spiritual warfare training if you haven't before. Otherwise just start a new program you can stick with based on the meditations in those.

Get emotional and serious about it and it doesn't mean that you will overdo these exercises, no. 
If a person attempts to do anything in vain and hoping in vain that it would work then that's a wrong mindset. Focus is needed too. 
My point is, have a strong intention to open your third eye. It will be a great additional help. Having an intention means knowing that you will get what you want with the method you are using, without any doubts. 
When you have an intention, there is no fear of losing or thoughts about that it won't work or it's hard to open it, and there is no doubt in mind when you have a strong intention to achieve something.

And yeah do the third eye opening meditation in night preferably.
