I am very glad that I took some of you guy's advice about going back and doing the Mer Ka Ba for thirty days.I am on day 11,and I am still having trouble visualizing the last part of the exercise.I guess it takes one thirty days just to get it right.Spinning the Mer Ka Ba ball one way,and then spinning the top pyramid the opposite way,and spinning the bottom pyramid the opposite way get's quite confusing.Although I have found it to be very powerful,visualizing all three at the same time is not easy.But here is a question I have about it.When High Priestess Maxine says to meditate after,does she mean to let it slow down,or to keep everything spinning.And do we continue to count breaths or not.
