From what I have found on the groups, transgenders have had a role in pagan culture, such as the High Priestesses of Isis in Egypt. As a 'transgender' I am asking how do we go about being the gender we actually are? In modern medicine, many go on hormone replacement therapy before having sexual reassignment surgery. As a Satanist, is this the wrong thing to do? Should other 'transgender' satanists just go with what they have and stay away from the hormone replacement? And from what I know, Hormone replacement therapy takes away a biological males sex drive and their ability to get an erection, therefore part three of the magnum opus cannot be done. So what does the 'transgender' do?
