Soul Gender and problems with my identity

I had a question pop in my head a few hours ago about the human soul. Does the human soul have gender? If we do, does the gender of the soul change from life to life? And i'm not talking about sex or such, im talking about the Male and female consciousness and energy. If there is a gender to a soul, is there a way of knowing your souls gender role? I myself am biologically a woman, but always had a hard time embracing my femininity. There were many times in my life that I felt would be fulfilled more if I was a boy. This of course could just be hormones and gender envy but I don't know.

Like, there are femininity spheres in which I just stick out like a sore thumb, including dancing, organization and cleanliness. I just seem to suck at it. At the same time, I'm not masculine enough to enjoy working out, or enjoy the things that boys enjoy to do. Its as if I don't belong in either roles. I've had this issue for a very long time, very long time. Any advice or sermons would be greatly appreciated. I know this a bit of split post but I hope it is still understandable. English is not my first language and I'm not that well at forming thoughts. Thank you and HS!!!

I 1000% agree with what Ol argedco luciftias said. If you ever feel like being some other sex/gender than you actually are, there might be a rather complex problem, but easily fixable.

You might have more feminine energy rather than masculine, you can easily fix that with spiritual workings, also mudras and yoga.

This also means you most likely have a hormonal imbalance as well. Hormonal imbalances are quite complex, but fixable through good nutritious food, and foods that raise testosterone (red meat, milk) and cut those who raise estrogen (such as chiken), as well as working out and physical yoga.

I belive all people who want to be the opposite gender, simply have these problems I stated above, and there is the cure. Plain and simple, a healthy lifestyle.

I used to have a hard time embracing my femininity as well in my teenage years, and a lot of teenage girls do, because of hormonal changes. If you're not a teenager, you have hormonal imbalance, and what I wrote in the above message is applicable. The example I wrote was for men having more feminine energies.

As a woman, you still need to do these things, and having a healthy lifestyle, in the direction you want to achieve. If you want more feminine hormones, consume more of foods that promote estrogen instead of cutting them. Chicken, bee polen, being the main, as they raise estrogen and bee polen overall regulates hormones.

One thing to also consider in addition to the perspective of others is that humanity has seen femininity being suppressed for centuries under abrahamic religions.

This suppression and vilification process has an effect on your soul generation after generation, especially if you don't have an healthy and adequate spiritual practice in your past lives and it's also embedded in the karma you inherit from your family.

Women may then have a hard time embracing their femininity like you do, the same way men do and find it hard to be vulnerable around your loved ones.

Building healthy and empowering relationship with others on all levels (i.e. friendships, romantic relationships, family ties, professional ties, etc) is very difficult when your femininity is blocked or otherwise not accessed in a healthy way. This is because social relationships are like plants: they need nurturing and soft aspects to grow well, not just hard aspects and structure. Nurturing and softness come from the feminine polarity.

If you can free yourself from subconscious programming and karma related to your femininity, then you can see whether you really lean more toward masculinity in your behaviour or your inability to embrace your femininity is due to enemy curses.

Either way, you'll still be able to embrace your feminine side once you've done the spiritual work for it, as it's essential to everyone's growth to be able to access both polarities of their soul in a healthy and complete way.
