TRANCE SICKNESS

[Luciferian Witchcraft]

Everytime I seem to try to go into a trance I start to feel hot and even start to sweat a little. on top of that, On the part when Im suppose to hold for a count of six after I inhale, the more I do that the sicker I feel in my stomach. This problem has blocked me from going into a trance plenty of times.   The more I try to fight it the worst the hot flashes and the sick feelings become. I wont give up here, as a matter of fact when im done typing im going to attempt it again.

Its hard for me to get to the point were I cant really feel my body because I become more aware of my body and everything around it. I can sometimes feel like I'm falling and sometimes I don't at all. My mom tried reiki I hope I spelled it right, on me before and I was aware of every move she made. that made relaxing impossible and at the same time possible.

That is simple energy or kundalini flush I call it. It sends the body temp up. It's identical to how you can feel after exercise. You are making a mental connection between it and the anxiety/discomfort, it's causing you. Which is blocking you. Don't fight it, just accept it as part of the process. In time it will balance out.

Everytime I seem to try to go into a trance I start to feel hot and even start to sweat a little. on top of that, On the part when Im suppose to hold for a count of six after I inhale, the more I do that the sicker I feel in my stomach. This problem has blocked me from going into a trance plenty of times.

The more I try to fight it the worst the hot flashes and the sick feelings become.
I wont give up here, as a matter of fact when im done typing im going to attempt it again.
