Top to Bottom Chakras

I've been meditating recently and I've come across with this 3rd Eye meditation, my head aches a lot and every time I close my eyes, my mind eye can see this white orb. It's been giving me a headache, I just want some insights.
Is it bad to open your third eye without opening the rest of the other chakras? From my experience alone, it feels very unbalanced, working on a way to fix this. It would be nice to have some sort of kindred spirit or person to relate to.

Opening the chakras from top to bottom is the correct order. You’re supposed to start with the third eye like you did.

Feeling pressure in the forehead region where the third eye is located after doing the third eye meditation is normal and is a sign that it’s active. Don’t be frightened by this.

They are meditations to open the soul(the chakras) So.... you will feel your soul.

Not sure about the white light though to be honest. You should move forward and open your crown chakra.

On the other hand; anyone is not supposed to open the chakras from bottom to top. This isn’t smart. Energy can ascend from the base chakra and it will get trapped if the higher chakras are not opened. This isn’t good.

It is recomended you do the 40 day program that teaches you to have a daily schedule to advance spiritually. The third eye is the first one you do, but I still recommend you follow it. I am in it and opened my third eye, I have yet to see something though. Anyway, good luck with your ritual!
