I totally understand. Too much of a good thing can be painful. The best thing is to give it away!
Think of who you want to receive the energy. As if you're talking with them.
First, ask for confirmation that they are of Satan. They must say the name Satan. Anything else is a *wrong number* and disconnect. Immediately. Then clean your chakras and aura and try again. Satan and His Demons will always gladly acknowledge Father Satan.
After you know your recipient, just talk with Him/Her. Say that you want them to take your extra energy. No need to tell them how much to take. They'll never do you harm by taking too much or too little. They will always be glad for it.
Sometimes, after requesting a favor from a specific Demon you'll be asked to give energy to them. As payment for Their work. This is totally normal. And doesn't have to be only that one time thing. You may volunteer to give more to them. Just keep your word. Honesty and integrity are very big issues with the Gods.
Build relationships with Father and with all the Gods of D'uat by giving them energy.
