Is it totally neccessary to space out our meditations. Sometimes I dont have time to with my schedule but I manage to space it out enough. But my question is 'Is it maditory to space out the meditations? Whats the difference when spacing the meditations and not spacing them? Thanks.

After doing a bunch of meditations in a row with no breaks, I was so dizzy and woozy. I felt like I was about to fly away. Or fall over. And I was also a little nauseous. Do what your schedule allows, but try not to over-do it though.

It makes no sense to me to not ride that trance or meditative state.

You can stack meditations. ex. do meditation for protection. end it affirming that youre safe and protected at all times in every way then state youre doing another meditation such as chakra spin then when you complete affirm theyre spinning at a fast safe rate safely increasing your vibration. Stopping then going back...

Just for clarification, since you think I do each meditation separately on their own:

I do "stack" them, I meditate in 3 sessions: 20 minutes of aura & chakra work as soon as I wake up in the morning (cleaning, chakra breathing, chakra spinning, aura protecting), then I go get ready for the day, then more meditations in the afternoon for an hour after yoga, then for 1/2 hour to an hour before going to bed. I'd rather break them into sessions and keep my bioelectricity levels up throughout the day.

Also, I have other things to do in the day. I'm not going to meditate for 2 1/2 or more hours in one sitting. I'm an active person. Plus, I really enjoy meditating, so I won't go the rest of my day without.
