Thyroid pain (?) in chakra meditation

Hiii, I was working on my chakras again using vibrations in each chakras.

I got to the problematic chakra for me...the throat chakra.

When I vibrated enough times, some gland slightly leftwards from the centre of the throat started swelling and the pain got unbearable (8 pain level from a scale 1 to 10)
I told this before...but now I read that the throat chakra rules over the thyroid gland.

Do I need to do some work for my thyroid or the pain is a symptom that I'm getting a thyroid problem? Did anyone experience what I experience?

Thanks in advance.

I mean, do not exclude this possibility, it could be a sign that you have a thyroid problem, and if you suspect you do, and you show other signs, you should go to a doctor.

More likely, it also could be the fact that there is a blockage either in the throat Chakra, or the 6th Chakra. If you do not feel your 6th Chakra that means that there is your problem. The 6th is blocked and the energy gets stuck in the Chakra below it, the throat Chakra.

Chakras can become blocked for a number of reasons; unhealthy diet, alcohol, sickness, negative energies etc. This is why it's crucial to work on them everyday.
1. Vibrate RAUM in all your chakras starting from the base and work your way up the spine eg: RRR-in-base, AAA-in-sacral, UUU-in-solar Plexus, MMM-in-heart, RRR-in-heart, AAA-in-Throat, UUU-in-6th chakra, MMM-in-crown chakra.
2. Vibrate AUM up and down the spine.

As a clarification...the pain lasted even after the meditation, it took me two hours to get better...I only get this problem during meditation not normally.

I also thought if the issue can be a lymph node instead of the thyroid but I'm not sure. Does the throat chakra rule over neck lymph nodes as well or

Hi, thank you for taking the time for replying to me.

I'm planning to do more research on thyroid problems and maybe do some blood work (?), I will see...

As for the 6th Chakra...no, I feel it very well, I feel pressure when I stimulate it and I have clairevoyance due to meditation practice and even outside of meditation. I don't know if it requires some cleaning, maybe, but I personally wouldn't say it is blocked.

Thank you, I was planning to do a 108 cycle of Sun Seeds but I don't know if I have so much time but I can see...I wonder if a 54 cycle works.

You actually had two posts on the same subject, which doesn't help, but it happens.
I gave different advice to cover different possibilities. Perhaps my first reply was more appropriate.
In hindsight, it does sound like a another problem, than meditation.
