Throat

I have just gotten sick and i was wondering if anyone knows any meditations or anything on ToZ that can help me heal my throat because i wasnt able to find anything on the site.

I'd say that throat sweets or pain killers would be the best things to use, but if you really want to do something spiritual to help, perform a healing meditation. This is done by going into a trance, then visualizing a bright light around the infected area of the body. Affirm it to heal the area. I hope this helps.
