Hello Brothers and Sister.

I have opened my Throat Chakra 2 weeks ago, and every time I meditate on it, I get this painless ache on my neck and a pressure in my ears (mainly my right ear). I'm just wondering is this normal?

And does opening it make Clairaudience easier?

So last week i did the mediation to open my throat chakra and have been feeling a lump in my throat for a few days now is this a normal affect of doing the mediation? Does this mean my chakra is open and working now?

Yes it is perfectly normal and a very good sign, the affect will go away. also for newcomers it is very easy for your chakras to close up, so keep giving them energy attention and vibrations to previously opened chakras.

If my throat chakra feels really hot (like very warm air is breath into it), does that mean it's blocked or it is activating?
