The otherside of the coin is for Gentiles who are health conscious the jews push veganism as its a major weaking agent of body and mind. Veganism is xianity does dinner. The vegan market is also filled with expensive and junk supplements, material items and other trendy nonsense. Its to the point its a billion dollar a year industry.
Of course jews are the one who created factory farming and all its toxic effects and posion the food supply in the start.
Veganism is subdivided into seperate kinds of diets all in conflict. But all harmful to the point most Vegans can only be Vegan four days a week. Or a few years done honestly without crashing into ill health.
There where experiments done with Vegan communities to monitor the long term effects of a pure Vegan diet. Some people became infertile after several years, babies where still born. The ones who lived had a host of aliments and growth problems. People developed mental illness and serious physical illnesses.etc
There is a blog by an English Lady named "Shazzie" who is a known person in the Vegan movement and has been all across the Western world and meet and befriended many other leading Vegans. She openly states she raised her daughter on animal products as she saw Vegan kids where underweight, had major psychogical issues and growth development was being effected even their teeth where coming in all messed up.
She also mentioned many leaders of the Vegan movement all sneak and eat animal products in private and do many other members.
She was honest enough to admit Veganism is an abnormal way of eating and you have to take piles of $$$supplements to stay on it for any real time. In my opinion she does not look right either many longer term Vegans look plastic.
I tried pure Veganism for half a year once and spent three years as vegetarian then tried Veganism again and only stayed on it for twoish months. Its a gulag diet, I was drained of energy lucky for me I did it in the summer so I didn't get sick from the weaking of my immune system it was nodoubtly doing.
I studied all the claims and how to do such a diet "properly" and still ended up with a protein deficiency in two months despite ending the plant equal of a bucket of protein daily. What they forget to add is planet protien is a weak one for humans and only 15 to 30 percent is usable by the body.
Of course the Vegan religions propaganda spews out doubious "facts" to counter this but all their info is about as trustable as the xian bible for truth. And its always interesting how such "facts" only pop up once another major find in diet is made by science that debunks Veganism.
All the Vegan claims actually debunk Veganism when deeper examined and proves eating whole food organics of the 4 food groups is what is healthy.
