Can satan read our thoughts? I haven't seen anything on the website about this, maybe I just missed it. I really want to know satan better and have a better understanding of how to use the power within me. I am very limited in the things I can do, I can't burn anything in my room without the alarm going off so I can't do any of the rituals. I want to take control of my life and be able to communicate with satan. If anyone can shed some light on this I would be grateful.

Yes, that's telepathy. A very convenient way of communicating with him when we don't have privacy. Just "talk" like you would out loud but in your mind.
And even if you can't hear his reply (or other Demons) don't think that they can't hear you. Just work on your astral hearing.

i have the same problem (not so much worse as it used to be though) as where i live now i can't use candles and incense in my room unless the candle is electric and the incense is in the form of a reed diffuser.
i use the bathroom where i live now to do anything to do with candles, incense, or anything that requires overall actual fire of an kind.
if you are doing flame meditation i have been told an electric candle is actually okay for that believe it or not.
what exactly are you trying to burn???
are you dedicated or no???
if not then keep in mind there are many many people here with the issue of either not doing it in their own dwelling or not being able to do it in their own dwelling (or both).
have you looked into the jos site on the topic of astral temples???
if not then do this and soon. all i am saying is that it sounds like to me an astral temple would serve you well for this kind of thing.
