Thoughtforms help

Ok, so I just read the part about thoughtforms. I couldn't understand it that well, maybe because it didn't say much about it. Can someone please explain what they are and how they effect us

Read iniatitation to hermetics,on the groups files,blue bar to left,click file,some pdf files exist in certain groups,check out all of the groups,n this to you n all newbies,take the book with a grain of salt,quoting hps atheron.
