I've seen this document before. someone linked it to me and it lists a history, while incomplete, of the criminal nature of the Yehuborim owned federal reserve and is a legal bill of some sort to BAN THE FED.
However I am uncertain as to how exactly this is supposed to be implemented.
Any thoughts on this?
