You can feel it open and have a more grounding in your emotional state. It is the seat of our emotion, communication, self expression and creativity.
The throat chakra is connected to the 4th-middle chakra and is one of the more difficult to open because this is where the second Granthis knot, a powerful energy block, is located.
Vibrating the rune Kenaz(Kaun) into the throat chakra can energize and help to fully open it.

It may feel like a slight pressure or tingling when you feel it open. The process to open a Chakra fully may take some time, just keep going with your Meditations.

Don't forget to also clean your Chakras individually, this always makes me feel the energy better.

iI thank you for your wisdom, while I meditate and vibrate the runes it is difficult for me to visualize, for example while I meditate on the throat chakra the color of the third eye appears to me I still can't visualize a chakra and rotate it, I can imagine it being different, is this a normal thing that takes time and a lot of meditation?
