I Still Cannot Grasp It Or See It I Feel It Speaking But I Hear Nothing This May Sound Weird But I Feel It Watching Me Write This Note I Hope Its Isnt Trying To Harm Me I Want To Befriend It But I Cant Even See It Or Hear It Please Someone Help Me With This Problem.

And you feel it stand behind you while you meditate, and watch you when you go to sleep, and sometimes a cold breeze goes through your face or legs? ... I'm having sth like it too. The floor keeps cracking (it's not all that old, and it rarely cracks when I walk on it), and the TV sometimes makes some kind of noise for a second... and I often see sth with the corner of my eye, but when I turn it's gone...
can't really help you here, I haven't opened my third eye yet, I think "it" will make more sence then.
