The rune THOR and opening chakras.

I read on JOS that you can use the rune THOR in order to open stubbornly blocked chakras. How one goes proceeding with this? Do I just vibrate the rune, let's say 108 times which is also a multiple of 9 and 6, and then I program the energy by repeating affirmations such as "The energies of THOR are opening my sixth chakra" ? Do I have to add the "The energies of THOR..." part or can I just say "My sixth chakra is being opened"?

Damn, aren't you going overkill? :O

I mean, 108 reps are way too much... especially if you're new.
I remember when I was new, one of my chakras was blocked, so I did Thor x15 reps or so in that chakra. I did it for 2 days straight, and the second day, I felt the chakra unblocking. Maybe you need more time or a bit more reps. I'd say 108 is way too much, especially for a beginner.

I also remember I wasn't even using an affirmation haha
But yes, ideally you should use a short affirmation. "The energies of THOR" etc sounds better. Just state the affirmation x 9 after you're done with the vibrations.

Thanks. And when you vibrate the rune THOR, does the THHH part when vibrated, start sounding a little like a Z?
