You can use orgasm whether it's with another/others or by yourself. Visualize and feel powerful energy like the sun and send the orgasm up through your chakras and through the crown chakra. You can do different things like keep recirculating the energy (out through the crown, breath it in through the base chakra again). You can also say an affirmation depending on your goal. If you don't have a goal, the energy can still help your chakras and increase bioelectricity
