There's the crown chakra opening, part of which which also stimulates the pineal gland as you focus on it (this is done because the 6th chakra which ties directly to the pineal gland is opened last after other chakras) but doesn't mention such thing. Even if you notice in this exercise you don't only focus on the crown chakra and the pineal gland is supposed to be stimulated by it, no, you focus separately on them. The only place where it tries to attribute the pineal gland to a chakra mentions that it's ruled by the 6th chakra.
