The Moment

There is only one moment and that is the one happening now. This has always been the only moment, it will always be and never changes. What changes is the scenery occuring around this moment. This is why we can zoom into the futures; the fact is what ever that was, that is and that will be is contained in this present moment. Whatever the time on your clock or date on your calendar, this moment will never change. Only in this present moment will you find whatever you crave. You can only be sane in this moment, this being when your mind is not occupied with thoughts and you are breathing freely in a centred, meditative state. This moment is void/empty and also full . Dwelling in this moment will make you centred, relaxed, mindful, focused, detached and trust in yourself. Meditating brings you harmony with this moment. Meditating means paying full attention to this void. It means being still inside while the outside moves all around you. This increases your alertness and enable you to see into the heart of what's around you. It makes you more in control. You can always be in this moment by focusing your breath. Doesn't mean you cant enjoy yourself at the sametime.
I highly recommend the VOID MEDITATION at this stage.
