I don't know if this is in the right place since it's so Zeusy here since the last time that I made a post. What's with the Zeus and Zevists stuff? But here I go..

My 6th chakra has been blocked since August 2022 and one day I ended up having a hard time with spiritual work despite the fact that things usually went smoothly. I started with cleaning my aura but I started coughing. I coughed so much that I stopped for the day but then it happened again and I would even sometimes gag and had to spit out saliva. I tried for a few days and since I kept dealing with those issues I completely stopped. Though I tried unblocking it myself without aura cleaning, I know it wasn't right and all but I was having trouble with such a simple thing and since I knew that a blockage was causing it I tried but that ended up failling. I developed a bubble in the throat like feeling (which happens a lot) since it was bothering the throat chakra since the 6th one is below it, which I know meant that a blockage happened.

On December 2023, my guardian told me to try doing soul work which I did but I still had trouble with it. After trying to do it for days, I developed a muscle spasm which I usually get in my neck where it shakes from one side to the other; which can happen starting from a minor shake which is a few shakes here and there to extreme ones where it would shake so badly that I have to lay down in bed for a while as all the shaking would make me very dizzy which is sadly still going on to this very day. Sometimes not as much and sometimes once or twice a day for a few days or so. The muscle spams would even bother my legs (mostly the right one) and my arms (mostly the right one as well) sometimes. I even had times where I would have what I call 'crazy legs' where I would walk abnormally like spinning in a small circle. At the beginning of my muscle spasms, they ended up being so bad that my guardian told me to stop. I would also have trouble with many throat related things before the spasms occurred and still have them to this day; eating, drinking, taking care of my teeth (I had to go so low with that to the point where I could only brush my teeth instead of flossing and mouth washing for over a year, though I have been doing that rarely for many months), and lifting heavy items (as there can be heavy breathing).

Now onto the help part, I tried many times to see if one of Satan's peeps can help me since I obviously can't unblock it on my own without having a problem and for over a year I couldn't get any help until last year I finally got it but it only occurred once so that went down hill as I need to keep believing in order to get it fixed but I can't as I've been on and off with having good terms with any god or goddess for that matter. And even though I doubt I can get any help by asking for it here as I can't do ANY spiritual work at all without a back lash so I can't block it myself and on top of that a chakra that stops someone from doing soul work is impossible. And it's not like someone here can do the unblocking for me as someone can't work on somebody else's soul. I would do it myself if I could but I've been having terrible luck with this for over 2 years. I know that my guardians and other demons that have been helping me want to if they could fix such a problem but they sadly can't. I feel like that I'll end up being stuck with this problem for the rest of my life.

It sounds like you are having blockages. Are you doing regular yoga asanas? Hatha yoga is crucial here to keep the body energy centres open so the bio-energy can flow. Kundalini yoga is good as you advance, especially for the upper body. Also, a healthy diet, low sugar, low fat, regular exercise is essential. What spiritual work were you doing and do, things such as empowering? Performing advanced meditations and other things while not at the level, can have these situations happen. How have you verified this is not a physical health issue you have?

It sounds like you are having blockages. Are you doing regular yoga asanas? Hatha yoga is crucial here to keep the body energy centres open so the bio-energy can flow. I haven't been doing any yoga and I could start doing so but the site that the links go to has this annoying pop up message that keeps appearing where it wants me to sign up to start a free week trail and then pay a small amount afterword. Since I haven't been able to do soul work for 2 years, I would have to go back to the Beginning section in Meditation when I can do it, right? As Chakra breathing and circulating energy are in Intermediate. So it wouldn't be good for me to do a mediation in Intermediate or does it not matter?

When I realized that I couldn't do it anymore I was at the beginning of Intermediate in the Meditation page. I tried starting with the same thing as I've done for 5 years or less which was Aura Cleaning and kept at it for 5 days or so. I tried doing the same thing a year later. I wasn't trying to do anything big. With that in mind, maybe I wasn't really ready for Intermediate as it is a level higher as I was at Beginning for most of the time. For all or most of my life I did have asthma and used to need an inhaler but upon doing spiritual work after some time went by I didn't need to do it as much as I used to. As far as I know I still have asthma and it seemed like my throat strengthened so I rarely need an inhaler and because of that it seemed like it couldn't handle the strength so maybe that's why the 6th chakra got blocked. Don't know how a blockage can turn spiritual work from being easy to being difficult to keep it going.

I'm not sure if anyone is going to read nor reply to a topic that has been dead for years but I decided to go back to it instead of making a new one in order to say that for months or more I've been having a hard time doing yoga and it's more like I'm trying to do it as the muscle spams appear when I try. When I first started I was able to do yoga but then I could only try to do it then but later on it worked again and then it went back to just trying again. It's been like that since or it might've went back and forth once or more. So do I keep trying to do them or just quit? Though it seems like when I do quit for a while it seems like the spasms happen more or maybe it's due to something else. The yoga I've been doing is on a pdf file called "Kundalini Yoga Basic Spinal Energy Series" which I forgot where I got it from but Hatha (Physical) Yoga clearly wasn't working for me as now it wants me to create an account just to read yoga that's on there as all of the links on there are from "Yoga Journal". I rather not make an account (there's also sadly a paying option too) just to read one page. Before that it wanted me to start a free trail and then pay years ago as I mentioned this before. This needs to be fixed for me and I think this will be beneficial to other people too who go to that page as well. So if that pdf file isn't good enough for me to fix my muscle spasms it's no wonder I'm having trouble with the yoga part of fixing my problem.
